PuraMaid Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PuraMaid may collect, use, and share information when you visit puramaid.com, contact us, apply for an opportunity, or use a connected booking form.
Information we collect
Information may include contact details, property and service information, booking history, communications, payment-related information handled by payment providers, technical website data, campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click IDs, and information voluntarily submitted through forms.
How information is used
PuraMaid may use information to provide and manage services, process bookings and payments, communicate about appointments, respond to questions, improve operations, prevent misuse, comply with law, and evaluate applications or provider inquiries.
Website analytics and advertising
If enabled, PuraMaid may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, or similar measurement tools to understand page activity, traffic sources, booking-button use, and advertising performance. The website’s consent controls can keep non-essential measurement tags from loading until a visitor makes a choice. PuraMaid does not intentionally place names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or booking-form answers into the website analytics data layer.
Cookies and privacy choices
Essential storage may support security and a visitor’s privacy selection. Analytics or advertising storage is used only according to the choice presented on the website when the tracking system is enabled. Service providers
PuraMaid may use service providers for online booking, payment processing, communications, analytics, advertising, hosting, recruiting, and business operations. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. BookingKoala powers the website checkout and must be configured separately for checkout-page and completed-booking measurement.
Calls, email, and text messages
When you provide contact information, PuraMaid may contact you about your inquiry, application, booking, service, account, or requested updates. Consent requirements and opt-out instructions apply where required.
Data choices and security
You may contact PuraMaid to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. No security system is perfect, but reasonable safeguards are used for information under PuraMaid’s control.
SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy
PuraMaid does not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
PuraMaid will not share a customer’s opt-in to an SMS messaging program with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that messaging program. Mobile information and SMS consent information may be shared with service providers, telecommunications providers, and other vendors only as necessary to deliver and operate PuraMaid’s messaging services.
